Dr. HELEN ORISTEJAFOR is an astute banker, an administrator, a prolific writer, preacher, teacher, a business woman and a televangelist. She is an excellent pacesetter and trailblazer for several women globally. An exceptional philanthropist, whose philanthropic lifestyle has transformed the lives of many around Africa and the world at large. With a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, she has more than 3 decades of professional working experience from a managerial position in diverse notable industries; ranging from the banking industry, educational sector to the hospitality industry, transportation, the media industry and several others. She single-handedly built and pioneered a bank from scratch to billion in assets. Due to her resilience and diligence in the pursuit of her call and her need to better mankind’s living; she has earned for herself several honorary degrees from different prestigious international universities and a conferment of Honorary Citizenship from the state of Georgia and congressional commendation of Georgia’s General Assembly of the US. She has also bagged the Honorary Global Leadership Award by the United Nations Global Awards (UNGA) and the African Female Impact Leadership Award (AFILA). She has been included into several globally recognized associations, some of which are: ACCPN, NICBA, also she is a member of the NID and many others. She is married and blessed with children.

Mrs Fakunle Enyinnaya Phoebe is a Chartered Accountant, an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She has over 20 years industry experience having worked in Eagle Flight Microfinance Bank as the Head of Operations and subsequently the Head of Accounts and Finance. She also has some private sector work experience with a keen eye for treasury / investment and capital market operations which has put her on the management and board of many such organizations. She is a member of the board of director of Ortiba Limited. In addition to being a chartered accountant, she also holds an MBA (Finance Specialization) from the University of Lagos, Akoka Yaba,Lagos. She obtained her Higher National Diploma from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri. She is currently the Managing Director of SPRING SKY FINANCE COMPANY LTD.

Mr. Chinedum ECHEFU is what you could comfortably call a complete administrator. He is an experienced accountant with many years of practice in the areas of internal audit and tax consultancy. He is also an IT professional and is certified as an ORACLE CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL, a CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORK ASSOCIATE (C.C.N.A) and an inducted member of the Nigeria Computer Society. He also has a Diploma in Telecommunications. He is certified and trained in the administration of ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS and he is also a trained Project Manager. He is currently the Executive Director of SPRING SKY FINANCE COMPANY LTD and he brings to fore his in-depth knowledge of technology , finance and process driven administration to drive this great initiative to the next level.
